Our human resource department has developed a comprehensive and long-term training plan for our talented employees.

1.    10 hours of after-work time per week to learn the management skills.

2.    One training per week for our current employees to learn the company policies, workplace safety, machine handle skills and enterprise culture.

3.    One training per month for our group leaders to learn the leadership skills, executive power enhancement, workforce relationship management and incentive management.

6.    Employees will receive trainings from experienced instructors and lecturers outside our company.
